Want to learn how to craft cocktails like the pros? Join us for a two-hour seminar where you'll learn the fundamentals of mixology—without lifting a shaker!
During this lecture-style experience, our expert bartenders will guide you through the tools of the trade and demonstrate how to properly measure, shake, stir, strain, and garnish. You’ll also discover when, and why, a cocktail should be shaken or stirred to bring out the best in each ingredient.
While our bartenders demonstrate each technique, you’ll get to enjoy three signature Garrison Brothers bourbon cocktails, each paired with delicious small bites created by Chef Jack Mac. Along the way, we’ll dive into the history of bourbon and how it became the American spirit, along with the story of Garrison Brothers—Texas’ first legal bourbon distillery.
